If a kitchen remodel is done for 40K, how is that translated into the homes value?

But a lot of the information in there doesn't always seem to translate to Canadian prices.  

For insurance that translates to presenting the right policy to meet their specific needs, and with real estate it can be any number of things (the right purchase price, closing quickly, etc).With both businesses, you have to be persistent & talk to lots of people in order to achieve success.

I am also largely of this mindset, although perhaps a little altered.

Better to get a response back and just leave then startle someone who may be in an "altered state" or have unsavory intentions.

It can't be your alter-ego or else it's useless.In my opinion, you don't need an LLC if you don't have assets to put under it.

This translates into higher resale for you because you have a bigger buyer pool.As @Ryan Mertens suggests, reevaluate the regulatory environment when you decide to move and make your decision then regarding how you want to use it.
