There will always be that group of people who are happy just floating along and not reaching for the stars.

It could be gray and crappy for 2 months, but on the day of the parade it's "Sunny and 72".Midwesterners, tuning in to see their local Big-10 team play USC or whoever, see ridiculously beautiful So-Cal weather, then look out the window to see snow drifts covering their cars and say: "Honey, that's it, were moving to LA!"

I tend to drift in and out of BP depending on what else I have going on at any given time but at the very least I try and check in once per day. 

I am also thinking about writing an article on my blog I have a few ideas floating around I want to share. 

I guess the volume and frequency of the "you must live an exceptionally modest lifestyle" message has surprised me and I'm curious if you have tips for how to accomplish the spirit of what they're saying without drifting into self-deprivation. 

If you are worried about winter driving put some snow tires on it and it will do just as well as most all wheel drives with all-terrains; only downside is you won't have quite as much clearance for drifts.  

I'd rather see a good illegal than a bad illegal, if you get my drift.

Lending works when people are not overly indebted; general trends are drifting toward over indebtedness.

From a financial perspective when you consider the cost of eviction, turnover and vacancy in normal times compared to floating someone you know to be a good tenant for a while while the world loses its mind it's hard to say how you come out ahead.

And now this...I'll just have to become a branch of the government and float my tenants rents...nobody even know how long this will last...
