This isn't some virus that will just eliminate the old and weak.

This has not been my experience with most tenants.Most of the tenants have hard time taking care of themselves.The worst is when they try to breed them and walk around with chain leashes to feed their weak egos.I just wish these people would grow up.I am an animal lover but do not believe large dogs belong in apartment complexes.They need a house and a yard to expend the energy and not claw a place up trying to get out of a small space.

So you're beliefs and experience can get in the way either way.From a strategic point find ways to maximize your strengths-professionalism, confidence etc while minimizing your (perceived) weaknesses-inexperience.

All contractors have strengths and weaknesses and they sub out some work.

They help narrow down areas where you are weak and will adjust the exam questions to strengthen you in those areas.

There might be a lot more going on in the lawsuit but all I have to go on is this article.Again, don't know the guy, I didn't even hear the podcast you guys mentioned, I just think we shouldn't condemn the guy based on a clickbait headline and weak allegations that anyone that knows the business can call BS on...
