@Dawn Anastasi - did you end up setting up sandwich leases and if so, do you have to involve your insurance company to make sure the LLC that is acting as the landlord is also on the policy?

Check your state forms... but in NC at least, the upset bid form has a section for this under Name And Address Of Attorney Or Agent For Upset Bidder.
