I know a lot of you are doing it, but I am sure if you have been at it for a while you are learning that there are huge tax, legal, management, and many other problems related with this.I sat in on an investors meeting last year where a U.S. specialist who dealt only with the legalities and financial issues related to investing in the US.

I would recommend focusing on the fund management and investment and carve out operations for a specialist short term rental manager, many of whom will even purchase the rental rights on an annual basis, thereby guaranteeing investment returns.
