Are these people on drugs or is that pretty common for a MLS listing?

I still roll my eyes and grin at your "day in the life of a C-class landlord" story about getting called by the cops due some drug overdose and you walked in on the naked guy you'd evicted from upstairs who moved in with Miss Downstairs. 

Also, are there drug dealers in "C" and "B" class area?

If I suspect drug use in my unit, I should report it.

Just kidding, but if I do again, only offer annualized returns, not fixed.I met up with the wholesaler and walked through the property with him before closing and he had told the owners that they had to clean out the house, but of course, they didn’t.The house has literally been a crack house for years until I purchased it. he owner used to have it as a rent house, and eventually gave it to their daughter to live in, who was unfortunately a drug addict and the place became trashed beyond belief. 

That's what it was worth after she started messing around with drugs.

Not only did it have all the stuff covering the floor, but the entire interior had been spray painted purple and black stripes (obviously during some drug binge).

Port Arthur and the east Side of Beaumont is a warzone, Orange is dying on the vine and has seen a huge rise in drug use, but outside of that its a good area. 

Some snuck in dogs, some were fired, some quit, some were addicted to prescription medications and left quite a mess, and some were just problematic people in general.
