We live in NW Phoenix around Glendale/Peoria.I'm bilingual, am about to finish my RE license as per Marty Boardman's suggestion, and have managed a four-plex and nursing home both as an on-site manager in the past, for a total of 2.5 years.Do you think starting off as an on-site manager would be a good way to get more RE experience?

However in Alaska the State will pay $6500.00 per MONTH for each assisted living person in the home.This turns more from a rental to a business because you would need a full time nurse, but if you are making $45,500.00 a month could you make a business plan to pay for a full time nursing staff and still make a profit?

When they are speaking of a federally assisted project that's not Sec 8, those would be housing or retirement or nursing assisted projects, not privately owned property. :)
