Offer more math and science classes so that it doesn't take 4 years to transfer from a 2 year program to a university, and more classes in universities so that it doesn't take 6 years to finish a 4 yr. program.

Its also fascinating how the complete opposite of what everyone thinks, including the experts, can happen.  

They will then simply track your gf's income and where it goes, a 2k paycheck is simple to account, what cards they paid, what's left in bank, and if there's an extra 3k on the bills paid, then it wont be rocket science for anyone to guess where it comes from.The thing is simple, either it is legal or not, what you think is irrelevant, it is not other types of illegal activities where you are innocent until proven guilty, once fraud is imposed, you are guilty until proven innocent.
