I got a call from workers that were scheduled to work a shutdown at a local Nuclear Power plant.

I'm an investor in Lakeland area to Brandon area as I live in the middle in Plant City.  

They are the people you see working on the large steel erections at a petrochemical refinery and associated nitrogen fertilizer plant.

Furthermore, Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many more great things presently and coming in the future.

If I plant a seed (i.e. buy a first property) in that second market they'll get a commission and likely more down the road because I always want a "big enough footprint" to justify visiting it.  

I find it interesting everyone spoke of inspections in the light of a tenant doing something 'wrong' or harmful to the property, not as a way to do preventive maintenance on power plants, hvac, and appliances.

I am sure Warren Buffet doesn't visit a Coca Cola plant even though he has billions invested in Coca Cola.I pay from 6% to 8% for property management and that is more than worth it.

The flip side to this is the fertilizer plant.
