Movie is about attitude and being driven. 

Richard -It sounds like you have a very realistic attitude towards all of this, and I have a feeling that if and when you're ready to jump back in, you'll do very well (success very much depends on understanding the challenges that lie ahead).While it may not seem like it, you've made significant progress and are further along in your investing than a lot of people ever get.

There are thousands of posts on BP asking about how to circumvent some rule or regulation, frankly, it's the wrong attitude, the question should be how do I do this legally and ethically, not how do I do this my way and get passed this road block....Real estate is a science and an art, most want to be artists without understanding the science, all they are or will end up being is a marketing type. 

Having an attitude that a wholesaler has greater abilities, a greater education, more experience and more business than a seasoned real estate broker or agent is ludicrous, egotistical and plain foolish.  

It should be written with the attitude of "what's in it for me" for the seller.

Someone needed to step in and defend wholesaling in a neutral way with a set of simple facts so they can make up their own mind.There is plenty of reasons to start with wholesaling and I listed them.I know you did not have ill intentions but I just didn't like how condescending the attitude towards wholesaling is. 

Hold on to that and deliver on your dreams.That said, I have to disagree with your approach/attitude towards some who have spoken words you do not want to hear.

I was nervous too because I did not know what type of attitude I was going to get when the seller pick up the phone.
