Farm aid is doled out by that agency.SCHEDULE E (Landlords) are the responsibility of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Applied early and judiciously (and hopefully with aid from private local state and federal govt) this could make a big difference to which road we go down

The clarifications will aid servicers in complying with, and assist courts in applying, the dual-tracking prohibitions in foreclosure proceedings to prevent wrongful foreclosures.

I have run numbers on the scenario and it does not look like it it worth doing, however, since to stay on the right aide of the law the owner, as an owner occupant, has to pay market rent. 

My fiancé and I recently became a new investor march 5,2014 with the aid of an FHA loan with tenants in place.

My partner and I are going into negotiations on a 5 property portfolio this coming weekend, and to prepare for it, we have a detailed "report" with lists of repairs needed, pictures, prices, etc. for each property, that will aid us in justifying our offers on them.
