seems these days new guests and guests that have been with the platform are the same. unless you have a guest with over 5 star reviews it basically means noting to us as we have been burned by "5 star" guests and newbies alike.run with the new guest especially at first start up and you can be more selective at any time, get the bookings and go from there

I can rent a house on the first on the month, immediately after accepting the applicant if the stars align, and most importantly will have the deposit and the first month's rent in hand as I hand over keys.Section 8 is rife with bureaucracy...accepting the tenant is the beginning of about a minimum 30 day process.

Hey guys, was wondering if you've found some candidates for property management in Cincinnati.I've been using RPM Midwest (http://rpmmidwest.com/) and would give them 3 out of 5 stars.

HOWEVER.. if brick, or rear of house fascade is completely ripping off then you need star bolts along the back (and maybe sides) to pull it back onto the house. 

For example, in a recent set of negative reviews, we received four 1-star reviews from the same group of tenants.

He even recommended a mortgage broker to me, but when I looked them up, they were getting terrible one-star reviews.
