A few 3 star reviews and a lot of 5 star reviews.

Please be wary of seminars with "star power" featuring Joe Shmoe from the latest flipping show.

What they do do is get you 3 and 4 star reviews.

Especially if they've been a great tenant.Of course, the numbers should work to see this through with mitigated damage but I also think empathy and compassion need to be our north star at the time.

But that is just a localized crazy movie sports international star type deal.

I need to find a rock star realtor that really has the experience you are talking about but I am not sure what the best way to find them is.
