I used to mentor lots of young people, who just don't have the right understanding of how certain basic things work and how they can influence those things by taking actions daily.

It isn't the worst thing ever but it isn't right.Also the express purpose is not to mess with the listing percent sold however everyone knows it does do that and they still tout listing percent numbers to influence buyers and sellers so again, it is not completely above board.

As a landlord, it doesn't matter if that person is only deploying for 3 months, you have to let them out of the lease.  3) The influence the supervisor has on the service member paying his or her bills is negligible.

Look at every influencer out there on youtube or wherever. 

One of the guys that has influenced my alot is Jim Rohn.

The government was influenced by their beliefs, and I don't believe they ever intended it to be completely separate.

I realize wholesaling is all about buying at a deep discount and selling below market.....What challenges does this type of market present when it comes to hard money loans, cash influence in the area, buyer's risk tolerance, Sub 2 marketability, DOM expectations, etc.?

I've also penalized the influence of certain members for ignoring my previous request to do so (not all respondents, but those I felt willingly took this discussion off course), and will double the penalty if it happens again.
