The number of weekly expireds comes to around 50 on average so a fairly small list, and I am looking to put them on a 1/wk campaign for probably 5 weeks.Has anyone found a postcard service that is optimal for small batch campaigns that you can setup once to run for weeks?

Many people into buy-and-hold want a portfolio of cashflowing properties free and clear so that they can enjoy the fruits of their labor instead of toiling away for an optimal ROE their whole life.

I have never seen a market that held for 10 or 15 years where any one strategy was optimal for profiting in RE.

Unfortunately it is sometimes difficult to keep my optimism repressed.What about analyzing a neighborhood or market with these larger properties.

The point I'm making is that real estate should be treated as a strategic asset class rather than buying in a sub optimal market that doesn't achieve the investors goals or fit their criteria.

The former activity may not be optimal overall.  

If you buy real estate at an extreme discount the best way to optimize your return is generally to sell as quickly as possible.
