I'd say just post as often as you can, every few days or so, to stay afloat in the sea of similar ads.Post in the housing section and in the "real estate services" section.A lot of people use the search feature on craigslist rather than just browsing by section. 

You will learn so much by browsing this site.

(I'm sure it's in TX too)  You would then be able to browse through a ton of different plans with different deductibles and benefit structures.  

You can also try browsing Craigslist for 'cash buyers'.

If you have the same bank as your tenant, there are some person to person options available through the bank interface.
