It's always going to be on the buyer to do their own DD and the one piece of advice I would give is to never pressure someone into a deal.Wholesale deals are all generally the same and they'll never have as much meat on the bone as a deal someone finds themselves via their own marketing dollars or their own time D4D or cold calling.
