I sleep like a baby.

One thing has been constant; 55+ interest has been strong and the Baby Boomers really like Florida.  

According to Fact Tank at the Pew Research Center, 2015 will be the year the “Millennial” generation (Ages 18-34) will surpass the Baby Boom generation.

these bastards are resilient, and even if you kill them, there's babies in the walls, meaning i'll have to kill another generation of them...hoping you guys might know a 'little known' trick or something..any ideas??

It might have been that they were trying to avoid bankruptcy or foreclosure, they had a baby on the way, a relative got sick etc.

That sounds like you are a bit stuck in "traditional" thinking, and I want to disrupt that before you throw the baby out with the bath water. 

The reason this is Plan B is because I’m not cash flowing anything on this house (see below the $247 annual cash flow this baby would throw off), so I’m basically treading water for 30 years while I pay it off.
