Directly adjacent, and to the west, is a small store front occupying 3000sf of land which unfortunately blocks my properties access to the alley.

I have only ever done kitchens with dishwasher adjacent to the sink.

My only complaint was the airport sucks..

It is also a short commute to downtown Atlanta and the Atlanta airport.

That alone is not nice for the adjacent tenant as well as the heat issue.

@Daniel Musquiz I saw on the news there's an 18M project for a technical college by the airport which will certainly bring more people to town and help out.

My own career history includes a related incident,  a low-income customer was scraping for every penny to get into a very old farm home that shared a septic system with the adjacent newer home built by the same farm family.  

My lease specifically states:5) UseThe stated premises shall be used only as a family residence and no business activity whatsoever is allowed including babysitting – childcare and the lessee shall not permit said premises or any part thereof to be used for (a) the conduct of any offensive, noisy or dangerous activities that would increase the premiums for fire insurance on said premises; (b) the creation or maintenance of a public nuisance; (c) anything which is unlawful or in violation of any public authority at any time during the term of this lease; or (d) any purpose or manner which will obstruct, interfere with, or infringe upon the rights of adjacent properties.

Two adjacent towns where I seek out deals have two slightly different definitions when unrelated people are the occupants.

Andrews (in Panama City) the airport is being shut down and a larger airport is being built North of the Beach.
