Phone just goes straight to voice mail.

I'm glad that I wasn't put on academic probation.

I set up a separate Google voice number, and recorded a greeting that gave the address, price and terms, etc.

Gives you a clean and "easy" reason to leave 2 "urgent" voice mails!!!!

Hi All,I'm trying to work through a bit of an academic exercise, and I'd like to re-produce some of the results in the Forbes article, Best Buy Cities: Where To Invest In Housing In 2016.  

My criteria is: walking distance from important facilities: AKA bars, academic buildings, and food (in that order), homes that are ready to rent because the little capital I have I want to save for unexpected expenses, and homes that have as many, if not more, bathrooms than bedrooms.

The hardest thing to overcome is the little voice in your head telling you that you should not venture out into an area of investing that you are not ready for.

So many different voices out there, but I agree that my REI have brought far more wealth through appreciation in good neighborhoods with great schools than through cash flow.
