Agreed and I don't see any how investor can go wrong with that one simple task.

If I am correct (sorry if I have that wrong), there isn't a big win in it for anyone, even an underperforming asset, to help someone get some experience on their listing.

Very wrong approach!

You must use a PMS and for the software to work you'll need to own the listings, which means you'll need to also collect all the funds, so owners' rents don't get deposited in the wrong account (Yes, Airbnb makes that mistake all the time!!).

But it's just a trade off--no wrong answer.

There’s nothing wrong with playing it safe, starting small, mastering your strategy, and then scaling up—especially when using other people’s money.That said, as others have mentioned, house hacking is a fantastic strategy.

Don't get me wrong TK is good to start but for people with 100k+ it is not a scaleable asset class.

Again I could be wrong, and I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but this seems like a tough road.

I could very well be looking at this wrong.
