I mean A BIG WOODEN sign.If the lease term are 3-5 years you will have to pay a commercial broker at least 3% of the entire lease term value if they bring you a client. 6% if they list it to lease.If 1 year terms then you are looking at one months rent to a broker bringing you a tenant.

Here in Florida, the loser pays the attorney's fees in landlord tenant cases, so there are plenty of eviction-chasers who will take these cases on retainer (since it's a EASY win - blatant violation of Federal law) just to rack up legal fees.

Hi Yolanda,A brand new oven off by 40 degrees, maybe take that one back for another one, and test the new one.I'd say that's basically a stove with no oven.As far as the shelf, those little shelf kits are not tough enough for a rental (they fall down).Having a wooden brace screwed or nailed to both the shelf and the wall on each end is much more robust.
