I'm curious what note buyers are planning to do in this market.

Again, I am not an attorney, but I have difficulty believing, even in this absurdly litigious society, that you can be held liable for dangers caused to a person, by that person, in regards to fire hazards or whatnot stemming from their housekeeping or actions.

I consult 200+ investors at this time, and I have seen and heard so many landlord nightmares that I could write an encyclopedia of what not to do and why.

The last thing I want to do is piss someone off who is trying to help me so knowing what not to do would be really beneficial.

@Michael Tucker The difference is there is def. double the profits with the airbnb in the back of the property...both together would be making 2k month in cash flow after all taxes and what not are paid
