Does anyone have any recommendations for board games, apps or video games that “accidentally on purpose” teach these things as well?

I suggest creating content (blogs, short videos, etc.) around financial literacy, credit-building, and real estate investing aimed at first-time buyers.

As a new investor you cannot be a master, an expert of every investing strategy you’ve looked at through hours of YouTube videos, Instagram and TikTok nonsense.

all the videos I watch don't seem to make sense to me.

A couple of months ago, I ran across one of Dave Meyer's videos, and that led me to the podcast, and that led me to the Real Estate Rookies podcast, and a host of others who I won't mention, but were nevertheless valuable.

I have been listening to biggerpockets podcast and youtube videos to really try to grasps the general idea of real estate.

Something to the effect that they will look at pics and video of the space and give you ideas on how to make the space unique with good style to help your place stand apart from the competition and you can purchase the material from the company as well (think wall accents, cabinetry, etc)I think the pod dropped in the last couple weeks.
