After reading vitriolic remarks on several forums about wholesalers, it was a bit menacing to state that.

I have been doing this for about 2 1/2 years and it really does make a remarkable difference.

Not to be unkind but, if you want to "...get rich in real estate..." practice doing things the right way.  

s response; yes, you are a business owner and you need to make sure that you are making good business decisions, but you are also a human being, and kicking out otherwise good tenants while they're already struggling with a tragedy is unkind. 

Not that you need a pat on the back or anything but hey Anish that is not just a good job....it is a remarkable job!

One thing you'll realize is that most consumers have a remarkable lack of imagination.

I 2nd the remark about leverage.in my tiny world (inside my head) leverage is KING and cashflow is the result of smart leveraging.I could be wrong though, again thats only what the inside of my head is like.

It is typical for the MAJORITY of the population to immediately throw out the "It's a Scam" remarks or replies.

I would also echo Scott's remark regarding hospitality experience.

This is the reason the number might not add up to my $100 early payment discount remark.
