Augusta Road area will hopefully provide great long term appreciation but I'm not seeing it translate into rents....yet.Also, I have had a lot more success with homes with washer/dryer & HVAC which may require stepping up to 200amp service ie more money.

Get a Google phone number to handle your incoming prospective renter calls (the voice calls will also be trancoded to text and forwarded to an email address of your choice - sometimes messages get lost in translation so its good that you also have the actual message to listen to at your convenience).

@Ali Boone  Ha yes...well maybe, I hate to rain on all the ski bums parade but the El Ninos have one El problemo, that is they are warmer than normal winter storms and don't necessarily translate to more snow for the resorts.

I'm lucky my girl has the slovak nationalitie so its a little bit easy-er for me to start, but im focussing now on how i can make a good deal there without burning my money, and most importently where i need to think about, the crucial things..My first plan was buying from a "RE- bureau" who sells properties and pay little bit more but handles all the papers for me.. but last week i found a guy (online) who is a lawyer and sworn translator there and he speaks my language (dutch). the man himself is living there for 20+ years so he should know the rules, i will try to work with him to get some deals from other landloards or 'normal' people to get cheaper deals.
