I have some upcoming repairs needed that outweigh the Homestead Exemption and plan to make my primary home a long term rental in the next 7 years but the repairs can’t wait.

I have learned to color code (highlighter) and plan the month/year or week ahead. 

I have been following the Real Estate Investing industry for a while and just recently decided to put my focus into it and implement a plan I had in mind for years.So I went down to Puerto Vallarta I put together a team of local realtors, brokers, contractors, property managers and a lawyer. 

On the other hand, self-education through books, podcasts, and free resources is cost-effective but requires discipline and a clear plan.

I want to create a strong marketing plan before taking that step to help me achieve my goal of earning $50k in commissions.I’m hoping this group can help me with a few questions:1.

****little about the deal that I’m putting together I have a piece of land that that is permit ready plans approved ready to build on held it my property with no lien.

I think I was having a hard time seeing the value of turnkey properties because of my personality style with regards to investing and wanting to trade up quickly.

The plan is to acquire a tier 3 license.
