Hello, I’m interested on getting some insight from anyone willingI currently live in Seattle and want to get into REI but the cost out here makes it tough to be able to get involved without capitalI read the out of state investing book and it got me interested in trying somewhere that I don’t have to burn up all my capital to get started1.

I mean trying to make great returns for our investors is tough enough as it is and of course not every deal is going to go perfectly one just has to look at back to the GFC some pretty smart folks took a beating.

Hey @Himateja Madala, let's get a shout out to @Shawn McCormick who knows a ton about the area.I will say that it is a tough market and you really have to go the extra mile.

SFR are very tough,  they have potential for certain niches like college rentals or rent by the room strategy.  

But like most markets, it's getting increasingly difficult.Plucking something from the MLS is tough because there's not a ton of inventory.
