I understand the idea behind buying something new to me then renting out my current home.

I am creating a LLC in MD and am looking for a Resident Agent. Has anybody have used a good one in MD?

If you don't live in puerto rico its not a good idea to invest.

It's good to see it through each season then you;ll have a better idea of what to expect. 

Don't start throwing ideas at them like seller financing or numbers etc until you have an idea of if they actually intend to sell and what their needs are around the sale.

Franklin Home Store and Vacasa are 2 local ones I found with a quick google search and I have no idea what they charge.If you want to consider the self-managing route, DM me and I can walk through the details.

We wouldn't plan to sell the property anytime soon so I would think we could avoid the capital gains with it becoming our primary residence.Can you please elaborate on the partner idea?
