You could buy the snaking tool that the plumber uses.

I can't tell you how many deals I've snaked from idiots who bought into Homevestor franchises here.

"Why should I pay , the wipes say you can flush them "      So I tell her that the lease says that clogs caused by the tenant are the tenants responsibility .Her reply  "  nobody ever reads the lease " I called the tenant , he told her to go home , and if he cant clear it , he will pay to snake it . 

That's the mentality of con artists and snake oil salesmen.

Plumber needs to pull toilet and run sewer snake or run through roof vent (if any).  

Google plumbers and read reviews to find one if you don't have a better source and when they come out, they can drop a line with a camera atttached down one of the vent stacks in roof and snake the line through the entire drainage system to determine if that's where the leaks are  vs. the supply lines.

I was thinking about getting a plumber's snake to clear it.

Called them back to get them snaked.
