Can I consider the closing coats a business-related expense and deduct them from my taxes?

It is very durable, sections are easily replace, and readily affordable.Generally the thicker you get, the more expensive, but also the quieter and likely more durable.Not sure why you would hire a handy man to do that.  

Markers all over the walls and will require primer and more than one coat of paint to cover up the markers.
