Also random but would having a large social media base help in real estate I'm one of the largest teens on the social pages around my area with views of 100k plus and followers and fans in the tens of thousands.

@Stephen Masek if my projections (which are pretty conservative) are met and not exceeded, I expect that the investors will see an IRR in the mid-to-high teens.

Something I would have gotten a rate in the high teens on the last couple of years was bid down to the 6% - 9% range.This is my third year investing in tax liens so all I've known is how the auctions go in the current market enviornment of low bond rates.

Plus, there is a locking metal door (just a small lock but it would be somewhat of a deterrant) infront of the glass door.Of course no door will keep anyone out if you open it to see what all the noice is about.I lived in a different area (better) and two teens got into a horrible fight in the church parking lot next to us.
