NYC flat roofs, the locale, and the lack of trees(sadly) make NYC a great option for solar. 

I have this on my lease: "Tenant accepts the cost of clearing the drain of any and all stoppages within the property except those caused by defective plumbing, tree roots, or act of Nature or God."

I have a company apron 20 something people we profit over 800k last year had it sold with 8 full price offers and 2 over full price offers didn't like the way our broker handled the deal so we moved on and we stoped it at the second we were uncomfortable the seen somewhere on here how someone did this so I thought I would post so if anyone sees this or know how to do this let me know its probably not done right or in the right spot sorry about that looking for some help like to trade so we have income thanks for any help ,, this is in the tree and landscape business ,,, we are located in phoenix az 

The reason I’d like to keep the house is because it’s a wonderful neighborhood and house and mature fruit trees and just magical.

Depending on the area, there can be restrictions on cutting down trees. 

Pay it but if it happens again it's on then because you just cleared their line...unless its tree roots or the main line has a rare blockage. 

Two factors that stood out to us was a beautiful willow tree outback and an open concept living area.

I'm going to start my own program with the cat tree flipping - look for it soon (half serious).

All major stores like Costco, Walmart, Kroger, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Lowe's, Home Depot, and Aldi are in a 2 to 3-mile radius.

Maybe someone can help me understandThis is just missing the forest for the trees.
