You hire a maid to clean your home, but if they just sweep things under the furniture, how much labor are they actually saving you?

A little back story, This person was my very first boss he owned a small business and gave me a job as a floor sweep and over time I worked my way up to the do anything they need guy.

Just have any one of the Oil Tank Location companies sweep the property.

She's now in her 80s and she hates keeping up the building (she self manages and sweeps the floors). 

Also sweep the property for any additional tanks in the ground that the previous owner didn't find or doesn't know about.  

I've always (separately) done an oil tank sweep unless I'm absolutely positive it's impossible that there is or was an underground oil tank on the property.
