I appreciated Zach's call today and the time he spent listening to me, and also sharing what he could do to find a solution to my situation.

The solution is for people to find places where their wages permit them to buy or rent a decent place to live.

This isn't merely about replacing your current income—it's about creating an income stream that sustains your lifestyle indefinitely.

But there becomes a point where, hopefully we all get to, money is flowing in far faster and needs to be invested quicker than a multi-year due diligence period can really sustain.  

Padsplit's answer is that no politician will attach the affordable housing industry because this is the only private solution to solve the housing crisis now. 

Rate will be high but if you are looking to get the most amount of cash out possible as quickly as possibly, then maybe this will be a solution for you. 

Just speak to your broker about it and they should be able to give you some easy solutions.

At that point, it's worth researching and finding a solution that better meets your needs.

I'm about to start a team of callers on these lists, but I don't want to waste their time or my time with these dead leads.I'm thinking of charging back the expense with my credit card company because I'm pretty disappointed.Does anyone have any solutions they'd recommend for getting accurate property owner phone numbers?
