They do respond within 24 hours but most of the time, the response is in regards to them working on your request.

I call it that because most commonly the listing agents call me and says "you mother f...." to me in response, lol. 

He advised us to text him if we didn’t get a response from her.We obviously love the place, and it seems to fit our needs.

As usual in most responses in this forum you are getting conflicting information.
