At this point in time it seems like it will be most economical and convenient if we use the same provider for cleaning and on-island agent.

The solution is to location the meters as close to the billed unit as possible (or even inside) but sometimes that's not convenient because the return and supply lines are on opposite sides of the building whereas you could easily put the meter right next to your boiler / zone valves where all of the pipes are easily accessible.As for cost per BTU, with oil, you keep a rolling average of the price per gallon in your tanks and divide the BTU's used by 138,500 (BTUs contained in a gallon of heating fuel).

I am to surprised to hear that this is CA.

Detroit can be tricky to analyze, and some deals that look good on paper might have hidden pitfalls (taxes, rehab surprises, etc.).

@Kasondra Milton- hi there ...thanks ...Raised in the fairport area ...live on west coast now ..last summer I had to return to Roch area to help with a family illness  situation ...I stayed in a AIRBNB that was close to Strong hospital for 3 weeks ...in my search for places - I must say I was surprised at the lack of options ( at least at that time ) ...that being said - I agree with your comment about the fact that Greater  Roch  likely  wont  attract a large amount of renters consitently  ( outskirts  like  finger lakes are a diff story ) - thanks and good luck

I wouldn't say you're going to learn as much going through an online course as you would an in-person one, but it is a lot more convenient. 

I can do that/have someone do that at my convenience.

If you stick to American name brand units that are basic - no fancy sensors, doodads or anything else - W/Ds are surprisingly durable, even with renters.

They may surprise you with their honesty and that may make them a better syndicator actually.

I watched Jim Cramer, the mad money guy, on a crypto podcast / video, and he seems very interested in it at this point - I would not be surprised to hear that he has had a conversation with someone at Fidelity Digital Assets about buying some.
