Even with PM fees, you should strive for a minimum of 10% ROI but shoot for higher.

They will always strive for better and richer lives.

How do you determine what CAP rate you should strive for?

Sadly it's what many strive for.No matter if people own businesses or graduate from college the cream will rise to the top.There are the slackers,the ordinaries,and the truly spectacular at what they do.If you are going to go for a degree go all the way to a Doctorate if it is offered.

Ask yourself this, what solar panel company that is striving to be successful would put their hard working eggs into one basket.  

It is important to me as someone who wholesales properties that every investor would like to do repeat business with, as many others here on BP strive for. 

Some see them as something to strive for others as setting one self up for failure and disappointment.

Now I’d love to say that I try to follow these numbers and stay at 31% occupancy for my next 30 days, but I personally still strive to keep my average at about 50%.
