Attorney’s were not allowed to accept contingent fees, attorney’s were prohibited from advertising, attorney’s were prohibited from pursuing and filing frivolous lawsuits, and lawsuits were limited by strict rules of Civil Procedures.

build to rent is great. they are an intermediary that help investors contract direct with turn key new build. they are pretty sophisticated we have sold a house so far and we are looking to sell other multifamily with them. there is a vetting process and as an intermediary they don't control construction they help vet builders and establish relationships. they have a big team. the other builder I've never heard of but unless you can see your house I wouldn't touch it. rent to retirement has a strict policy of 90 days until certificate of occupancy until they will send a deal out they are good at what they do and I'd recommend them. they have options all over the country and established relationships.

The taxes are high and their building codes are strict to ensure the homes stay historic looking.Note: You can definitely open an AirBnB in Cleveland but it would have to be a condo downtown for $240k or so that allows it.

NJ has top golf and I been there.Top golf is very strictly entertainment purpose. you are not allow to bring your club, they charge by hourly and have to order foods and drinks as well. while it is fun to enjoy, it doesn't provide friendly atmosphere for golf enthusiast to practice their golf swing and games.

Some investors look strictly for cashflow but do not care about other things like if a growing population or drivers in the market.Build a core four in both markets and hunt from there.
