From my understanding, based on my experience buying and selling properties in Texas, any known repair or damage—even if resolved—should still be disclosed, along with a note explaining that it was fixed.

yes whatever I buy I will be living there as well, guess I should have noted that in my original post.

Pull out a spreadsheet and go through the tools everyone mentions to run some comparables and take note of photos, amenities. 

Condo a bit different - 7% note, but we furnished it for a MTR, and tenant is excellent and deciding to stay longer.
