Carry on soldier!

Most of our tenants are soldiers, living in nice modest and clean homes :) All of our investments are at a 10% ROI.

I never saw a US soldier in Haiti, though I saw plenty of forces from all over Latin America.  

My sister is now leaning toward long-term rentals to soldiers stationed at Ft.

He’s getting older and wants “foot soldiers” to lock him up some small apartment buildings and small bay warehouse for him to hold… and in exchange give us a multi-million dollar “credit line” for our flip business, our intentions are to build more capital to invest along side him. 

However as I look at my current situation (I'm doing well in Real Estate) I find myself more and more wanting to help younger soldiers to look past their service time and set themselves up.

Bragg is there and I rent by the room to soldiers and get a premium on cash flow.

I did 11-years and my portfolio mainly exists in GA and FL and I rent exclusively to Active-Duty Soldiers.  

There is no future massive influx of soldiers and therefore no true growth because there are no other industries in the area.

A full blown war in the Modern era would likely not yield good results any where.As a side note- Soldiers who would get deployed that are single and renting would lead to a spike in vacancies.
