So far, the most important thing I have done is to spent time on this site, and soaking in the information .. and realizing that there is not one "right" way to do things.  

With that being said I know absolutely nothing about owning property but am doing my best to soak up as much information as possible.

I am soaking up all the information on the bigger pockets website and look forward to sharing my ideas and experiences with everyone.

Currently I'm trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible by reading all of you guys' posts on BP.

Used a tool to score the paper then soaked a sponge in fabric softener and coated the paper with that to loosen.

I have a goal of investing in 5 rental properties over the next 3-5 years.I plan on spending a lot of time on Bigger Pockets and soaking up all I can from more experienced members.
