not s lot of information to judge costs but sounds pretty close to reasonable. the upside is you could find an estimate for $40k and not be able to sell the house

One thing to keep in mind is that in PG, MoCo and DC, age is a protected class.

In my experience the premier agent position isn't worth it unless you 1) have more than 50% of the time slots, and 2) have more 5 star reviews than anyone else that will be listed as an agent in the area.  

If your time slots overlap, don’t worry.

Do they do loan to LLC's without a PG?

Just call her back or email her if you have an email address and either ask her when is a good time to come over or tell her your available with a few time slots and ask her to pick from your available time slots.
