I'm assuming if this was an option everyone would already be doing it but I am just curious from a professional to understand why this isn't an option.I received a question from a friend that was somewhat similar to mine above which got me thinking. 

Or if they continue to be difficult to work with, start looking for a new property manager.I don't think it's necessary for you to specifically mention in your listing description that you accept section 8 tenants because it's illegal to discriminate on the basis of income in Illinois, which protects Section 8 voucher holders.

Hey @Sara Kumar so this is a somewhat frequent issue but it is fixable.There is no one I can recommend but you should be able to find a company that can solve this issue in Nashville.I don't think you need to do all new windows.

I’m curious how they will think I’m eligible for another mortgage without enough “income” for the risk even though I will be renting it out. 

Why not talk to a local agent or 5 and see what they think?

My thinking has been that I'll rely upon my skills as a litigator to conduct due diligence along with my mentor and deal team.

In any case, it's a waste of you time to think about that before you find a property.
