That could be one way to delay the expense, but it only lasts so long.The only idea I've come up with is to somehow partner with a furniture store to maybe "showcase" furniture that isn't selling for a cheap lease on the furniture.

I've already built a website showcasing the property and dumped cash on advertising which got me no where.  

So - I was impressed with all of the color and nice graphics...And then I looked at the top line numbers:Income: $7,975Expenses: $7,560Cash Flow: $414This is a 10+ unit, by the way.  

Imagine a real estate agent showcasing a house in San Francisco to a buyer who is in Palo Alto with real-time video, walking him through the bedrooms, bathroom, yard, etc. 

But I am a graphic designer by trade and have an eye for details.
