However I personally think its pretty cool  Its a target segment of those who are literally risking their lives helping people get through the virus.. in the same way my fellow partners at aheroshome.org are donating a house to a veteran Its just great to see some really awesome things those that are in a position to help are doing !!!..

if you're serious about it, you need to learn a bit more about market segmentation and figure out if you're marketing to PMs or HOAs themselves.

Unless I'm missing something it sounds like the 3% of your segment market approach here isn't working for you.  

I originally came out of the Construction business before building several more businesses and getting a grasp in market segments, investments worthwhile etc. 

Seems like a segment that will have strong growth for some time

familiar with the planning process as well.. for me personally I will use an expeditor to manage that segment for me.
