Can anyone else suggest other real estate or economic newsletters where I can get big picture news on the real estate markets and economy? 

All set to jump my start career as a investor to do fix/flip and buy apartment units  ,any suggestions how to move forward.

I’m not suggesting anyone discriminate against anyone but if there’s red flags initially it’s most likely going to get worse once you’re living together.

If you are considering this approach, I suggest you buy an A-class property in a landlord friendly city and get a PM.

let them know you want their official answer for posts and information is posted on social media and the newspapers before you post anything so they have a chance to review it. 

As a former house hacker myself, I'd suggest you try not to get too close (in terms of friendship) with your tenants - the tenant/landlord relationship can make it tricky to become friends.Do you have a price range or down payment amount that you're targeting?

There i a bit of research that needs to be completed early on in order to get a good judgement on the feasibility of this; from there, the "Official" way to ensure you could pursue this would be to request a "Zoning Opinion Letter" to receive an Official decision from the Department of Zoning in order to ensure this will not cause any issues during your permit review. 

Because at the bi-annual meeting there is reviewed update of results from previous planning, planning of whats next, review, decision, and everyone has there marching orders and goes doing it. 

Zillow is saying the house is worth $90k but recently a tree went through the back end of it and I was hoping to get some information on possible ideas or suggestions on what I should do about the situation.

Suggested to do that earlier than later, so there is no liability on a tenant who is not on the lease paper.
