@Sham Haile you should look up the Tenants Union & RHAWA websites to review the notices and requirements for how notices need to be provided to tenants when a seller intends to sell a property.

Only by reviewing past buy/walk decisions and market decisions will I be able to hone my chops for future decisions.

Not to get too into the weeds, when you are face to face with someone, you can watch for mannerisms and non-verbal body language.

Real- Estate  is a lot tougher game now because of technology now allowing buyers, sellers to access the market using the internet without using agents but  you do have hot areas that can support  more bodies .

I told them about all of the bad reviews on Trust Pilot and what I have read on BP.
