How do I present the offer and structure the contract to legitly recieve $20-$40K at closing?

If you do qualify, you will not recieve that 8K until you file your income tax return in 2010.

In order to invest in anything you would naturally expect at some time to recieve that investment back.

Without any clout to our names I for one certainly doubt it.Once you do several deals you begin to recieve some recognition and more as you do more deals.
