But in reality a mortgage at 50% that’s recourse and cross collateral will in all probability not result in anything different as the chances of the lender having to look beyond the subject property are fairly remote. 

The reality is, cold calling, direct mail, PPC/SEO, referrals, and strategic partnerships all have the potential to be effective.

So the justification is, the price is really cheap when compared to what I can get close to home.In reality, this particular property is not inexpensive for the area it is located and the condition it is in. 

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

It can be quite intriguing and interesting to hear of many of these returns and great on paper assessments, but the reality is, they rarley pan out in real life. 

Final take-- your reality is everyone around you is a problem, but the reality is you're the problem.
